Hi Peeps It's been a long time since I posted on FS, There's just been a lot of stuff going on in my life (which I won't bore you with) so here is an update on me so far ..... In all I've lost 27lbs doing the keto diet which is absolutely great, my clothes fit better, and I've managed to keep the weight stable, But I just need a change from that regime right now, I'm going to go back on a calorie controlled diet through the summer month's cos I like to eat BBQs regularly and all the lovely bits of food that goes with them, cooking two different types of meals every day was getting a bit monotonous as hubby just didn't want to do the KETO, So change had to come !!! ..... Finally, spring has arrived and the garden is calling me to get out there to start digging and planning my veggie garden. Been Turning out cupboards and wardrobes and emptying sheds to stop me from climbing the walls, This COVID-19 lockdown has turned me into a tidying stay at home freak I just need some human contact now, we had our first jabs for COVID-19 a few weeks ago, roll on May for the 2nd one ..... I'm hoping I won't gain too much weight stopping Keto, but maybe with all the extra moving around I shall be doing in the garden it will creep up very slowly, at the end of the day I can always go back to the keto diet if the Flab returns Big Time ..... Roll On Summer ..... Be Good to Yourself FS friends and Stay Safe xx
