Today was good meals and workout-wise. Got my two workouts in and meals have been well on track and enjoyable! As a brag point, I am proud to say that despite some emotional turbulence and feeling low, I still managed to stay on track and give it a good push all around!
Exercises: workout 1: 60 mins treadmill, 417k, 4.09 miles (5 min run intervals) workout 2: 20 mins treadmill, .96 miles, 178 k (only 1 interval of 5-min running) 20 mins on bike: 6.55 miles, 80 k or so Weights: 3 sets of bicep curls and 3 sets of shoulder raises
Total: 2 hours, 11.55 miles, 680 calories
Meals: pre-workout: 2 ww cheeses (1 c), and coffee with creamer (2) post-workout: scrambled eggs with celery, scallion, onion (1 c), egg white (1), cheese (0), meatless crumbles (2) snack: 12 almonds (2 c) dinner: veggie patty (2), and big salad (lettuce, onion, scallions, mushroom, avocado, sundried tomato, tomato, yellow bell pepper, brocolli) (5 carbs), ranch (1)
