I'm stupid!!! I get in these depressed modes when things get off schedule and then I screw up everything I had planned. I have got to somehow learn to stop doing this. Then I beat myself up because I am a f up and want to just give up and quit. I will tell myself yet AGAIN, that tomorrow is a chance to do better!

Christina, You are very capable and you should be more kind to yourself. I once heard a psychologist say that if you are on a diet or exercise plan and you can't stick to it then you should look at it as a learning moment, realize that the plan doesn't work for you, and try something else. Maybe the 1200 cals a bit hard for me to follow. 1500, I can do much easier but today I am doing good so far. I need to be careful at dinner tonight. I actually an also realizing that some of the items I bought for this challange should be swapped for a lower cal. version. ( I actually got to go to the grocery this time, whoo hoo for me )So, I am learning, slowly but surely, lol... And I excercised today too!!! :) Just got on my sit down bike while my hubby slept and noone popped in today during which so it was really nice! Thank you so very much Josie!!! You are awesome!!! I gonna give myself some more time to try and adjust to the 1200 a day but also am looking around for something else just in case. I saw one yesterday that looked ok but don't know how to do it and have never heard of it either. I will take your advise and switch up if I can't seem to stick with it! :)

I'm sure you still did better than you would if you weren't even paying attention. Celebrate even the what may seem like the smallest of victories.
