Ok so the weekend I went to visit a friend, and just let go a little bit... sweets and dairy and all. Back on track this week! Steady on... aiming for high protein but also trying not to do things like skip meals or do restrictive dieting because it has a backlash effect if my mind thinks i'm starting to restrict then it wants to have more! So just keeping track of what is going in and keeping that in line with what the app says I should be aiming for to lose the bit of weight i picked up in the last few months comfort eating and stressing. so yeah, not totally strict on the high protein right now because i need to be prepared (and have the budget for shopping)>
