well today is the day
so far so good
Ive had an egg boiled and on my second coffee
I've had my drops and also hydorxycut along with garcinia and green coffee bean
also had 2 glasses of water so I expect to pee alot today :)
I am off shopping later after I work out - I so need this
I am tired of all the excuses - I've been here before and it wasnt pretty then and it aint pretty now
I just have to stick to the plan and keep focused on my goal
will be hard when Douglas returns home but I have to do this for me
