so far so good
ok so it is 12.20pm on the first day -just got home from shopping and strangely find I am not hungry?
could it be the drops or the combination of other things I am taking
who cares really - I'm glad I am not starving
also finding I am still full of energy, not tired and certainly no headache or other nasty side effects
I have just taken the drops for the second time today - waiting for the 30 min to go by and then will have some soup
missed my morning snack and didnt have the appropriate fruit for the morning breakfast either - must remember to take food with me so I dont fall into the habit of not keeping something in my tummy
onwards I go!
