Finding myself going a little crazy LOL. TOday is my first day on my healthy kick so I need to write this journal. I just ate my lunch it was an egg with meatless bacon a small tomato and a mini red bell pepper. I thought I wouldnt be able to eat just that but I gave it a minute and I actually feel satisfied. It is just so hard to give up old habits! Especially when food was my comfort for so long!

Have a bigger salad... Mix you veggies with lettuce (it has a few cal) - I had for lunch 2 cups of spring mix+ 1/2 cup cantaloupe+1 Tbsp of shredded cheese, a little bit of green onion and sun dried tomato + 1 Tbsp olive oil ... Didn't count cal ... It was yummy ... Next meal at 5pm

Good job! I know that feeling of wanting to eat after eating. Sometimes I remember to drink a BIG glass of water when those false hungries creep in. That really fills me up and reminds me I wasn't really hungry after all. Keep up the good work.

Mommynessa09, it can be done. The worst thing to feel is hunger, but that simply means you're not doing the job of keeping your body nourished. Day One is the toughest but you should be eating at least 4 small meals today (even heavy snacks like string cheese, apples and graham crackers or something). Account for those calories and you've got to keep fed so that your body knows what it will get (calories) and when it will get it (time of day) so it has no problem burning fat...your body will learn it doesn't need reservers. Love you, Mommy (and all mommies that make this choice to live healthy and be around for the little ones)!

Thank you guys! So much for the tips and kind words. I ate quite a bit today but really really healthy. I tracked it on my thingy. Lol. Today was excruciating. I still have yet to eat dinner. I'll control myself. Its just killer.

I kno.w how that is. I rewarded myself with food which is so wrong. I am now looking for new rewards such as buying clothes, getting my hair done and I think that I might even get my nails done but first I got to reach my next goal.
