ok I was really doing good yesterday until it was late in the evening when everyone in the house was sleeping. I got bored and had the munchies so I decided something sweet would be good, so I decided to go with pop tarts, they were handy and they aren't that bad for you right? WRONG!!!!!400 calories and 76 carbs....that is enough for 4 days of eating in carbs alone!!! I will never do that again! Oh the pain I am gonna put myself through today for that!
