Päiväkirja - backincontrol, 18 maalis 14

I felt really horrible yesterday, I trained a new girl at work so it was very boring, all the things I normally do she had to do. when I came home from work my husband had a wonderful corned beef meal waiting, it was so good I binged and ate a lot of it along with cabbage and potatoes and deviled eggs. I went to sit in the living room where I proceeded to slip into a fat induced food coma around 6:30...I woke around 11:30 and stayed up for about an hour trying to decide whether or not I wanted to go to bed...I did. When I woke this morning I dreaded logging in all that great rich yummy food, but when I did, I got quite a shock, It all stayed under my limits!!!!!CORNED BEEF IS NOT BAD!!!!!lol with that being said I guess today I will be back on track since the hubby went and got more groceries yesterday and I can once again take what I was taking when I lost the first 5 pounds...Drinking lots of water today to help flush out the sodium.
