I haven't been feeling well lately, I haven't been sleeping or eating right this week. I am probably going to regret it tomorrow at my weekly weigh in. I am so stressed out right now. I want to cry, but I find no comfort in having bloodshot eyes and the headache that follows. I don't know how to shake this horrible feeling in the pit of my stomach.
