Well I went up GRRRRRRR. But I know that happens!! Even though I do not like it. BUT it is what it is. Hopefully I can drop it and 5 more after spring brake is over and I can get back into the school gum. With being sick Mon. and Tue. and spring brake I have only made it to work out 1 time in the gym. I did go for my 5K training and walked and ran a total of 3 miles. I just need to get back into the swing of things and get back in the gym. I would like to lose 6 pounds by next Sunday which is my Daughters 4th birthday. I weighed 180 at delivery and 160 or 165 after. I gained back to 180 though the year and have been 180 for the past 3 years and 9 months. Then I went back to Atkins and have sense lost 34 pounds total as of today. I would like to make that 40 pounds by her Birthday so I can be back to my pre-pregnacy weight of 140. I think I can do it with IF and a s**t ton of working out. What do you all think? Can I get any help with this?
