my journey right now is finding out what foods my body loves and certainly does not like
Interestingly today I discovered that a fruit smoothy (not a juice) has not agreed with me
I dont eat so much fruit normally and in this smoothy I put half each of lemon, grapefruit, orange, 1/4 avacardo and one very small banana - way more then I would normally eat in one sitting. So was it the amount that upset my tummy/digestion or something else?
And despite the banana I have a wicked craving for salt something I have not had in 4 weeks.
Hmmm me thinks right now fruit and me dont mix.
Oh well scratch that from the list and keep testing things out

Maybe your smoothie was just a bit too acidic. Try using a mango, or some veg like cucumber or spinach. Lowfat yogurt make it lovely and creamy and adds some protein :)
