With the weather being rainy, I have not been able to get out and walk. And been so unmotivated to do anything! My parents were in town and I lost all track of anything. Things get so out of control when the routine interrupted. I used to be a "Fly by the seat of my pants" type of person but now I enjoy my routines and predictability. Healthy food is very expensive compared to other things! Eating smaller portions is helping though.
