Saturday morning!! A full day ahead of me. Our workshop begins in about 30 minutes. I'll be busy "reflecting" all day then off to the airport at 3 pm, on the plane at 4 pm, arriving at 4 pm (an hour time difference between here and home), then driving home ... should be home by 7 pm as long as the roads are clear which I think they will be.
I did 45 minutes on the elliptical here at the hotel and had oatmeal for breakfast. I feel good that I passed on the sausage patties and the very tasty pastries they put out here for the breakfast buffet. It isn't often I make that choice when I am out of town. Now if I can survive the snack they will put out during the day, lunch, and avoiding the drive-thru on the way home I'll be in decent shape for today.
I slept well. I feel good. And, sort of nice not to weigh-in this morning.
Well, I must pack my bag and check out of the hotel. I hope you all have a lovely day today.

Home safe and sound. Smooth trip. Ate more calories than typical but still very decent. Felt good. All is well. Glad to be home ... watching a movie with my husband. Welcome to the Rileys.

Anne ... I hope you read this. You do help me. Every time I read your journal and hear how much more accepting you are of the beautiful woman you are it helps me. It reminds me that I too am a beautiful woman. I may be 20 years older, with many more stretch marks, loose skin, and wrinkles but I too am beautiful!!!

Yes I read it and I agree you are beautiful. The thing with numbers and measurements and calories etc... is that they reduce us to mathematics, competiton, gain, loss and ultimately success or failure. And we are so much more than that! Oh, and about stretch marks, I am really not sure you have more than I do... I'm glad you back home safe!
