I've been absolutely loving the warm nice weather we've been having here in Western Washington. I believe I am finally on the mend where my foot is concerned. My dear sweet daughter bought me a new pair of sneakers and socks and although my foot still has some pain it is not near what I had been experiencing so I am feeling so much better about my workouts. My treadmill, I am finally loving it again. It is so much better this time. They replaced the walking belt and it also got a new control board (3rd) one in the quest to get my treadmill back to running and this time I am very happy with it. It has basically been rebuilt so I should be happy with it. A few days ago we had a weird power outage and well my computer hasn't been right since then so I have not been able to access my facebook account. I am praying that my son in law makes time to see if he can figure out what is wrong with it, fingers crossed. That's it for now and I do hope my buddies are enjoying Spring.
