Well I've been away for a week and worked so hard that I barely ate anything
I did get eggs every morning for breakfast but most days didnt get lunch and dinner was often a few pieces of cheese.
so I was not home to weigh in on Friday and decided to not worry about things till this coming Friday
My body has continued to object to certain foods so I am trying hard to eat regularly and eat good healthy foods.
yesterday I was so tired the thought of working out was just not possible but today I feel a little more like me and I plan to get in some kind of workout.
on the whole I still feel good and hope next week to get back onto my HCG drops and continue to burn off this excess fat

You need to take care of you first. Good idea to take a day off and rest. I hope you have a great day and workout

Hang in there! Do you know why certain foods do not agree with you? Maybe an allergy of some sort?
