In a nutshell, I started Fat Secret with aiming to lose 10 kilos. I am a vegetarian (trying to become a vegan) with an uncontrollable sweet tooth. The reason I gained weight is I moved to a new country and at first indulging the new sweets, candies, cakes,... all by myself :)) At first it wasn't a big prob due to my activities and fat burnings the extra weight wasn't noticable. Then I found myself drowned into a depression phase and experienced a few dark months in my life. During those days I didn't feel like moving at all. Another notable fact about me is that I have always been extremely active and working out, dancing and physical activities was always a huge part of my life. That's why despite my passion for chocolates I used to be in my barbie shape :))
No one sees these background and analyses thoroughly but just criticizing my not killing animals part and blaming my vegetarian/vegan diet. Of course I want to get fit and lose fat for my own good, but worths proving those "know-it-alls" their unrealistic judgments.
I tried many ways. many many diets. They didn't work good for me cause someone else was telling me what to eat and what don't. This app is impressive for letting me be more clear about what I eat and ever since I started counting calories (1 month ago so far) I've already lost 6 kilos and have a better perception about my cravings.

Great! 👏💪👍 I also love this app. It’s calming to know that if you count the calories you also keep track on how much you can eat. I think I will stay with FatSecret for the rest of my life. 😊
