I had my blood work drawn because of my weight. I'm healthy! Its a relief to know I still have a chance to get my body in shape before I do any permanent damage.

Thanks! I never really thought of the health risks of being over weight, only the vanity side of it. So I think this was a wake up call that I can really mess myself up!
