My weigh in today is not surprising. I gained 1 pound but not because I cheated or eat bad. Actually I had done surprising well. With that said I believe the extra pound is fluids as it is very hot and humid. At work it's even worst. So I have been pouring the fluids in me. With the temperatures expected to be hot and humid for the next few days.... the water and anything else that will quench a thirst, I will be drinking. Hoping the gym opens up next week because walking in this heat is hell. Here's ( raising a bottle of water)to a better week.
