I've gained 10 pounds this past month. It's not a surprise. I've eaten my way there! It started with a bit "extra", with a bit of guilt, the guilt vanished with "I deserve this!" attitude, to wanting more & more calories, and ended with two giant bowls of popcorn with lotsa butter on a Friday night. I feel sluggish & bloated. This is reality. The numbers on the scale don't even scare me. It's a sunny day. I am getting off this couch because THIS is NOT ME! It's not the real me. It's the sad version of me which I don't want to be anymore. I am going out for a Soul Walk. If you are feeling like me today, hugsssss because you are so much more! Do better. BE BETTER! 💟
