I thought it would be brutal to go vegan, but I'm doing it one meal and snack at a time. The key for me was to visit a nutritionist and show her my food log for a week. She doubled my protein and the weight started to fall off. No cravings and energy off the charts. Still challenging to look at certain carbs as protein, but I'm getting used to it. Blessings!
