Slow and steady. I'm stepping up my exercise as I get stronger. My body seems to respond pretty well to exercise. Wish I enjoyed it more but maybe that will come as I make it more of a priority and part of my lifestyle. Moopie I have added wall pushups as suggested every day. Thanks for that tip! Squats & pushups daily then Hot Yoga once a week. I'm hoping to add another session of Hot Yoga weekly. Thank u FSC for all of your support! It's hard to make lifestyle changes and you guys keep me lifted & inspire me.
