self-control: none source of stress: one (writing has stalled and feeling very uninspired!) Its effect: all areas affected! Diet: disaster, exercise: exit-ed, sleep: shifting cycles, productivity: petered off, mood: melancholy!
Net damage: bread and nuts on saturday, pizza on sunday, few nuts and 1 slice pizza on monday, chinese food and rice on tuesday!!!! JESUS H. CHRIST!!! I'm in trouble! Whatever happened to the perfect work week of last week? I was on a roll and got so much done!!! This week it's like I've forgotten how to exercise and displayed no self-control in eating whatsoever!!! And all this after the day I proclaim loudly about my BOOT CAMP!!!!
Ok, enough venting! Time to roll up the sleeves! Total self-control from today daily goals: 1 writing goal, 20 carbs strictly followed, and 2 hours of exercise incl running and abs DAILY!!!!
