I haven't weighed in for this week because I have hit my very first plateau. 😩 I have been fluctuating between 200-198 pounds. 😒 This too shall pass because I refuse to give up and return to what I used to be. This week I will be returning to my initial diet.... soup, salad, and starve. 🤣 At least until I see some type of significant drop. Enough about me.
