I've been having a fresh lemon juice in warm water every morning for the last week or so. I have a fatty liver and heard this can help. Not sure if it's true, but I figure the extra vit C would be good anyway for this time of year. Happy the scales are still going down as it's been a bit busier than usual and I have found in the past I'm not so conscious of what I'm consuming at times like this. Another full day + overnight, then I will try to get back into some mini hiit exercise. For the time being, reminding myself - no treats tonight!
