I took a break from measuring and weighing in for a few days and even tho I ate healthy, see I have not lost anything. so back to being strict and getting on track again If I am to hit goal around november. Also the knee brace & cream Dr told me to get helps! So even tho its still light use, I can feel the knee limits easier.
