Looking at my diet calendar for this weekend, it seems that I have fallen off the wagon. However, Saturday was exceptional. I had a sumptuous dinner, it is true, but I also spent a good part of the day and evening dancing, and standing most of the time that I was not actively dancing. The meals I ate will be very difficult, if not impossible, to record accurately. I did pig out a little, but I am pretty sure that it will not set me back. Yesterday, a little more dancing, plus grocery shopping, and sensible meals, so I think it should be fine. In the end, the proof of the pudding is in the eating, so to speak. I meant to weigh myself today, but had another atypical day, due to a holiday, and so I forgot. First thing tomorrow, I need to weigh in, and we'll see what we'll see. Good luck to me.
