So a little update: my head has totally been all over the place for a few weeks now.....It has took me time to make sense of my feelings.....not an easy task when you learn over many years to suppress feelings of love etc...... so yes I am now in a relationship :)....I have tried to stick to my diet been hard tbh and have been eating things which are lets say not so good for me .....but only gained 3lb which I can live with ..so I am now back on track...and with this overwhelming feeling of contentment I feel I could achieve absolutely anything ....and it feels great .....so no exercise today as back still aching a bit not sure why ....but gonna hit them weights hard tomorrow and do a good abs workout .....keep smiling everyone xx
