I've been losing much more slowly and been much hungrier than the last two times. I've decided to try Dr. Belluscio's dosing which is much higher than Dr. Simeon or Kevin Trudeau. I'm MUCH less hungry. We'll have to see about weight loss because I only started yesterday evening.
