Had a busy day today. Worked out so hard last night that my leg muscles hurt with every move today. I even sat down a couple of times today and was afraid I was not going to be able to get up. Trying to keep my focus - on eating healthy. I wish I had all the magic numbers that would make me lose weight easily - saw how many carbs I ate today and thought it might be too much. I googled it and I seem to be doing fine.

Yacki, I see that you did an hour on the EA Sport game on Wii. What game did you do? I tend to get really sore after my husband and I do baseball. Just wondering. :) -Tasha

We have the new EA Sports Active 2 Personal Trainer- It is really awesome - has a heart monitor and gives you an exact amount of calories burned. Got it on sale for 59.99 at walmart - saw it at target for the same price. My calfs hurt for the first several days - had a rest day and ready to do it again this evening. The dirt biking really gets you doing squats. I like it - it really kicks my butt.
