There is so much going on in South Africa now. We bought commodities yesterday to avoid going out again. no fresh veg or fruit. I will try to count my calories but I can't be fussy now. have to make the food (mostly carbs like rice and flour and dhal) last until we get food security. which is bad but what can I do. I was doing so well counting calories until now

You can keep counting calories. And drink loads of water. You can still lose weight if you manage to stay within your RDI. But with stress, it’s hard to stay within them and this cold is not helping either. Stay safe💚
