Today was a lovely day here in Western Washington. I walked on my treadmill for 2 hours and 10 minutes today. I've actually done this now, today makes 3 days of my increased time on the treadmill. I decided I will start recording this as I've decided to make it my usual workout. Last month since I did not lose not one pound I felt like my body is making adjustments and maybe too used to my usual so I'm thinking I need to adjust my workout. I do believe however, this is it as far as time I will be spending each day doing this. So I will have to rethink if this does not show a improvement at the end of this month when I mount the scale. I do hope everyone had a super day :)

Proud of you for kicking up your workout to help push those results along. Over two hours is a hell of a long time though, so I can understand that you're kind of maxed out in that department. I can usually only dedicate and hour (maybe an hour and a half) to exercise so when I feel like I've hit a plateau in my workout I adjust the intensity rather than the time. If you have an incline option that would definitely give you a higher burn in the same amount of time, or even walking a little faster. I could walk for hours outside, but I don't think I'd be able to keep trudging along on a treadmill, very proud of you for working so hard :)

You're amazing. And I thought 90 min. for me what hot stuff. Agreeing with Yolanda about the incline. And check out HIIT. Takes less time and supposedly burns more calories. Good job. If you're loving it, keep it up.

I AM SOOOOO PROUD OF YOU!!!!! You feel like you need a change that means you are listening to your body. I am a little worried about the 2 hours but your body will tell you when its had enough. Love your enthusiasm. Make sure you say bye bye to Thor for me before he has to go.

WOW!! long time on that treadmill!!! I'm going to try to start being good again and walking on my gazelle or working on my trampoline instead of sitting on the couch. If I decide to actually watch a tv show and not run around doing this and that.
