I’m so excited. I lost weight years ago, but never really increased my calories. I lived on around 1200 calories for 10 years. I was thinking maintaining was hard and losing more weight was impossible. I increased my calories to 1500 a few months ago and focused on macros. I also did strength and conditioning 5-6 days a week. My weight was holding steady, but I suspected I was gaining muscle and losing fat based on clothes. I’ve kept my eating the same this week but stopped working out. I haven’t worked out since Friday. I’ve lost 2 pounds in 3 days! You don’t have to limit yourself like crazy like most people do. The key is finding you rdi. I think mine is closer to 1700
