I want to have a healthy lifestyle and develop those skills so that I can start a healthy family. I never learned appropriate food habits and am trying to reestablish those relationships so that I can share that with my future children. I’ve always been a carefree kind of person and love who I am no matter my size, but I’ve reached the point that I just want to be healthy and work on this challenging obstacle now that I understand myself.
