sticking with it but must do better. Had a stressful afternoon evening which did not help so my exercise plan was thrown out the window :( Always something!
I know life isnt easy and I can come up with lots of excuses but sometimes life throws me a curve ball that I just cant catch and quite frankly it seems to happen so much that it is getting tiresome.
I just want an easier life - maybe today!

Don't we all. Just got to look at it this way life may be hard but it better than not having a life at all. Hang in there.
