Päiväkirja - Yacki, 06 maalis 11

Yesterday March 5th - I worked a car wash to raise money for a youth organization. I came home feeling like I had the workout of my life. I do not know how many calories I burned but I know it was alot.

Today I have started my day out lazy (watched a movie). I have a busy afternoon with a birthday party. I will have to get my shred workout in this afternoon as well. With it being the weekend I have eaten more than normal -
example at the car wash they had bake sale goodies and I broke down and had a chocolate chip cookie - I felt like I needed it.

At dinner the other night my husband ordered fancy cupcakes for dessert I had a bite or too but found them way too sweet (never thought I would think something was too sweet.) The waitress was not much help - she told me the old idea that if you cheat every once in a while it helps you lose more weight since your body does not think it is being starved.

I always wonder if I am eating enough to actually lose weight - still stuck in the 150's after eating good and working out - hoping to see some movement on the scales this week.

If you have any suggestions let me know??
