Got up early got on scale was excited to see it move below 150. I weighed before 5 am workout and was 147.8 and after workout after having drank some water 148lbs. So glad to be moving in the right direction. I have been monitoring how many steps I get in during the day with workout and everything else I have been getting more steps in each day. I have also added Greek yogurt to my diet daily- it is higher in protein and one study said if you are trying to lose belly fat by incorporate at least on serving of yogurt daily you can lose 80% more belly fat than those who did not have yogurt in their diet. This research was probably paid for by the dairy board (LOL).

I spent this evening running behind the bicycle teaching my 6 year old how to ride his bike. He was eventually able to do it, just have to get him pushed off and going.
