So FS family If using recipes from say Lean Girl how do we add it to our calorie intake. Sorry if this a dumb question. Do we break it down and add?

I will try to explain how to add a recipe. When you add your breakfast lunch or dinner etc. Select the left arrow. Until you get to cook book. You can add your own recipes. That’s if you’re using the app. I don’t know on the full site. Hope you managed to figure it out 💖
