lazy, rainy Sunday.Its not often I chill at home for hours, but today was a great day for it. Got out and did some shopping, worked around the house. Ate well, still keeping it under 1700. I had to kind of guess on the dinner...I make home made pizzas so I think I came pretty dang close. Actually may have upped the calories a bit as I would rather err in that direction. Yes, whacked out in my head a bit from eating pizza, but had 2 small slices only and it was chicken and lo fat cheese, so really not so bad!?! I knoew what was on that baby as I made it!
Whats in it? Chicken breast simmered in buffalo sauce, fat free ranch for the pizza sauce (goes good with the buff. chicken!) shredded 2% cheese and a touch of crumbled blue cheese. Boboli crust Freakin YUM!
