Päiväkirja - Yacki, 15 maalis 11

I am stalling again. Stuck at around 148 lbs. Treated myself over the week to a Blizzard - so on Monday I was up to 149 and then did a cleanse day yesterday. So I weighed in today at 147.8. However I have seen a big difference in my body fat. It is going down. I am working out in the morning, riding my bike in the afternoon and then working out in the evening again. I just would like to see more results. If anyone has any ideas let me know- what you think?

Well keep going strong on the workouts ....I sure you will start to see weight drops,,,have a healthy week...

Thanks - I guess I just want results quicker than they are comming. I have a friend at work that the weight just seems to be falling off of and I want that - however she is a lot heavier than I am. So I guess that is what make it more noticable. I DO feel HEALTHIER !!

The more body fat you have, the easier it is to shed the pounds (so, I've read). I know what you mean about wanting results, though. In the past I've given up, because all I want is to lose about 10-20 pounds (which is hard, seeing as I'm 5'0" and not growing) but it'd take forever. This time, I've just set my goals low every time I work out and hope for the best. Good thing you're feeling healthier, though! That's what really counts in the end!(:
