🙋♀️Welcome to Motivational Monday! Happy Thanksgiving!🍁🦃🍂 12 weeks till first Monday in 2022! I had a meeting with a personal trainer/coach from a small gym last week and first session is happening this Wednesday! Physio is done and I need help to move forward. I am really stuck; hovering around this 300 lb point now. I read that anyone who starts a diet on Thanksgiving is a true optimist 🤣 well, guess that's me! LOL I foresee lotsa green veggies ahead and know that there are plenty of veggies on your Thanksgiving table tonight. Dont try to do too many big changes at one time. It will be too overwhelming. Make changes gradually that you can stick to.
