I've had a rough weekend ended up being up later than normal and sleeping in I didnt get up until 12:30pm so I'm late on my water intake for the day I am determined to get the whole 64 oz. bottle drank by 12am I'm have 44 oz left to drink by 12 am and its 11:05pm so wish me luck! I still havent heard from dietitian so I'm calling my dr tomorrow to see what's going on.
my steps are varying as well so I really need to work on that as well. plus grocery shopping tomorrow so maybe i.can stock back up on my smoothie stuff and fruit and veggies
