My weekend was filled with parties as summer winds down here in NEPA. I am so scared to step on the scale and see what the damage is.I avoided it yesterday. I didn't track and actually thinking back I don't know if I even really over ate that much. Picnic and parties are still hard for me. Family ones are terrible because they guilt you in to food and I LOVE my sangria which was at both picnics. Time to face the truth. Am I right that I didn't do that bad or will it be a reminder to stay focused?
