down 27 pounds, feel pretty good except my clothes are all too big. i am a nurse so all my uniforms are big. so you know, i was wearing a 3x scrub top and now a x large. pants form x large to med. i want to hit size 11-12 if i loose any more than that i look sickly. still have 30 to go. gods will i will do this, i have him to thank. to all my buds keep up good work. bathing suit serason is soon here.
