I'm feeling a bit better today, got a good sleep last night so I think that helped. I was in the gym today sweating my guts out and pounding away some of my stress, I have been chocolate and crisps today though so I might have to do extra at the gym tmro!! I read something ages ago that said if you eat comfort food you need comfort in ur life, sweet foods u need sweetness, spicy foods u need variety and crunchy foods if ur angry....think there might be some truth in there. Anyway...im hanging in there and still floating about here in the background, nothing holds me down for too long 💪🏻💪🏻 and I'm managing to turn things around and see the positives...im so lucky to have had and still have some absolutely amazing people in my life, grateful for my health which is constantly improving the more I'm on here eating better and going to the gym and I'm grateful for my FS Family who encourage me and support me every step of the way....love u all ♥️
