Making slow progress and feeling pretty good about it. Lately I have been taking a lot of time to adjust to my body the way it is now. I still seem to be very much in the awkward middle stage of things, but it is nice to see visible changes. it sounds funny but, I haven't really been recognizing myself in pictures. Not the ones from 300 pounds and not the ones I have of myself lately. I know I have heard that it takes a while to really see the changes, and I can definitely agree with that.
Either way I have been trying to enjoy the progress that I have made so far and continuing on the path to bring myself further.
