I'm very emotional and have been through a lot too. I have now realised that to deal with hard things, disappointments and challenges I need to be emotionally strong. I can't do it if I'm eating sugar or processed carbs. I can't do it if I'm drinking alcohol or to much caffeine. If I do I fuel my anxiety and fuel
an emotional roller coaster. I now watch myself, how I feel, my body, my emotions and use good home cooked meals and supplements to stay calm, or less crazy. My love to you and Hubbie.

Apparently the private message option is only available in the web version of Fat Secret. I only have the phone app sorry 🙁.

You can log in on your browser on the phone. Just go to the FatSecret website

Hi Fab, I can't get to the website. When I put the website in Google it takes me straight to the App.

Sallyjean, don't use Google but use your web browser on the phone and type in fatsecret.com.au

It took me straight to the advertisement for the App. So I got my daughter to help me and we established that if you have the App you can't get on the website (she doesn't have the App on her phone.). I don't usually have access to another option other than my phone.

You go to safari or a browser you like. Type in fat secret. Press enter etc. it takes you to a list on google. Click one and scroll down to bottom and it says full site on bottom of the website. Having the app doesn’t mean anything if your trying to find the website
