Päiväkirja - Bootylicious!1, 12 tammi 22

Only got an hour and a half sleep yesterday, was sore and still went to the gym, was walking around like a zombie! I had a few things to do and was a bit busy but managed to speak to my doctor yesterday, the muscle in my back is in spasm again, not as severe as last time but that's why I'm in so much pain as it's pulled my spine slightly out of alignment again so I had lots of medication to pick up from the chemist...great fun 😂 I didn't write in here or even log my food as I was so tired I couldnt think straight but I managed to clock 13,000 odd steps. I took my painkillers and diazepam and was in bed snoring for 9pm...1am there I was ...wide awake...havent got back to sleep....its doing my head in, think I need elephant tranquilizers 😂So here I am again, grounding day lol got school run, doctors for more bloods, gym then housework b4 pick up the Wee yin again....hope u all have a better day than me!! ❤❤

Booty it sounds like you've got a lot going on and in my humble opinion - and saying this from a place of care - I would leave out the gym in situations like these. If you've not had sufficient rest and your body is already sore then I don't think the gym is the place to be unless it's for an intense stretch session or perhaps a relaxing swim. Please look after yourself and I hope you'll get a good night's rest very soon! xxx

Thank you Nikina, I always appreciate ur advice ❤ still going to gym today but my coach will be there with me, it's a tricky one coz i still have to stretch and keep moving so i dont stiffen up....cant win😂

I dont know about that lol!! Because I cant get into physio just now, the doctor said if i take it easy it should be ok, at the gym I walked on the treadmill at a slower pace and my coach told me not to go on the turbo bike but put me on one of the old spin bikes then he adjusted it all and added a sandbag and foam block to the handle bars so my arms were at the right height to keep my spine nice and straight while my legs done the work...you were right about the turbo bike, i was on it for 1minute and could feel the pain! big hug x
