I am nervous, with weigh-in tomorrow morning. I feel I have done pretty well, but I feel I have indulged in cookies more often than was strictly necessary. The numbers check out okay, but I am a little concerned about the values I get for exercise, which sometimes seem high, even when I only count "deliberate" exercise.
For example, I had what looks like a very good day today, with some pretty modest meals (even if I did sneak a couple of cookies in at lunch time), which still satisfied me. Also, I departed from my usual exercise, but substituting some more strenuous work outside, so that should help me consume more. Still, I worry: will that slick glass scale be my friend or my foe? Tune in tomorrow and see!
