restarting my diet. I'm not following a eating plan just a simple calorie deficit. I Try to eat below 1700 per day but I aim for 1500. Doing a 30 min workout from YouTubers, best so far that's simple and efficient is daisy keech and I recommend it to all of you that trying to tone aswell as lose weight. Could you guys please recommend some healthy supermarket snacks that's low calorie or just tell me a good plan that you guys stuck to that got you losing weight

High protein, and low calorie dense foods. Fruit and vegetables are always winners. Some of the best being baby spinach, sweet potato, and broccoli. Following the slight calorie defecit will get you far.
